At Zorviate, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for our drone videography services and custom aerial framed photographs. By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms below.

Drone Videography Services

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. One reschedule is allowed at no extra charge. Subsequent changes may incur a $20 administrative fee.

Service Quality Guarantee

  • If the delivered videography or photography does not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to address concerns through editing or re-shooting, free of charge.

Custom Aerial Framed Photographs

Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom aerial framed photographs, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We will offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at our discretion.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will be processed, and no changes or cancellations will be possible.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For replacements, production and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of approval.
